We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for orders placed on our website. If you purchased Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, your order includes free unlimited returns. If not, you'll need to cover the cost of the return shipping. With this protection, you're eligible for a free drop-off return. If you prefer a pickup return, an additional fee applies even if you selected package protection. Please note Free Returns + Package Protection is non-refundable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Visit our Redo Returns Portal. Once your label or QR code is ready, follow the instructions provided. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once the return is received and processed.

Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 are eligible for returns and exchanges through January 31.

Returns from Other Stores
Only items purchased directly from Journee (Alta Brands) on Amazon can be returned through our portal, and only if Amazon’s return window has closed. Proof of purchase and your Amazon Order ID are required. Returns from other retailers must go through the retailer where the product was purchased.
