Can I cancel or change my order?Updated a month ago

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, and cannot guarantee our ability to accommodate cancellations or changes.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team immediately and include your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if it is within 30 minutes of placing your order (if within business hours).

If your order is already in transit, you can try to update the address through UPS My Choice. If they are unable to update your shipping address, you may be able to have your package held at a UPS Access Point for pickup.

Please note that if the shipping address was incorrectly entered during checkout and the order is delivered to the incorrect location, it is not eligible for a refund. This includes incorrect auto-population of a shipping address through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Venmo, etc. We encourage customers to verify all order details are correct before placing the order.
